Detox with me. Looks gross, but so relaxing.

I looked down at my legs last week and I thought, okay, those are my winter legs. If you know what I'm talking about, summer legs are a little more high maintenance. They require more exfoliation, more self-tanner, and a little more exercise, right? This is step one in taking your legs from winter to summer. It's a dry body brush and if you've never done this before, you should try it. It does two things. It exfoliates and it detoxifies. You're gonna start at the ankles and move up versus the neck and move down. And the reason for that is because the dry body brush will help assist moving that lymphatic fluid throughout the body so that your body naturally expels and detoxifies it. This is a game-changer, especially when you're changing seasons.

This product is the literal key to my incredibly soft skin. It's also my favorite prep tool for before I fake tan. It removes your top layer of dead skin and gives you a super smooth surface.

Can someone please tell me what I bought I'm so confused So apparently you put the whole entire bag including the green clay, but it's a lot of stuff And honestly, it smelled kind of weird like medicine and the water was so muddy And it was just not romantic cuz I was like, you know in mud and we had such a hard time cleaning it Too I don't recommend it

Somehow I caught the flu recently and this was a lifesaver. It's Hot Tub by Prisoma. Comes with red clay and green clay. Review Follow-up I did the bath after intense exercises when my muscle felt very sore and tired. The temperature are higher in the bath and I sweat extra more during the process. I slept very well at night and woke up naturally and early the next morning. 95% of the muscles sore were gone and I feel fully recharged and full of energy. Worth to do once a month.

Just want to do a quick review on the Persoma Self Care by Nature Unplug Bath Salts. I used this while I was on location in Coachella after being on my feet and working on clients all day and I definitely felt very detoxified and it made me really ready for day three. Highly recommend.
