I should tell you even more about my water pick. If you do not have a water flosser or a water pick, this is something you need to add. So first I went ahead and filled up the cup with some lukewarm water and I got straight to it. Honestly y'all it was super hard at first like I felt like it was just water spraying in my mouth all over. I just don't know how to use this. I'm not even gonna hold you. And I was really frustrated at first but once you get the hang of it it's really good and it really does feel like it gets your mouth really clean.
