Hey guys, I have been going through a lot of stuff lately and I've been really stressed, have a lot of anxiety, I've gained a lot of weight, I chopped off all my hair. So I wanted to try out these Mood Biotics by PYM. And these are supposed to help with feelings of stress and anxiety. Also helps with balancing your serotonin. It's helped me with just my energy level, with being able to do better things for my health and for myself. My mood, my overall mood is a lot more positive. I think this has been amazing. I would highly recommend it. They're tiny little pills that you take two a day and within a week I noticed a difference.
