Hey everyone, so this is an updated review on the Qualia Mind supplement. I will never be without this. I am on my third bottle now. I've been taking it for almost 4 months and I started it back in early December which is when I did my first review. I noticed the effects after the first couple days of taking it. They say to take 7 capsules at a time. I started off slow and noticed the results after 2 capsules. So that's all I take actually. I only take 2 capsules a day. I was going through emotional time and I was having trouble focusing and getting motivated and this gave me the push I needed to get me through. And now if I like wake up and I feel like a little extra sluggish one day and I have a lot to do, I take a third capsule and it gives me that oomph that I need. So I would start off small. I would definitely talk to your doctor first before you take it. Everyone has their own health conditions. The ingredients are on the app. But highly recommend. Again I will never be without this.

Alright everyone, I wasn't going to do a review on this product for about after a week of trying it. I've only been on it for two days and I already noticed a difference and I started off really really small. So you're supposed to take seven capsules a day but I was reading from people online they noticed a difference just on two or three capsules. So the first day I only took one, didn't really notice a difference and I'm sure it takes time to get into your system. And then this morning I took two capsules and this entire day I've been so productive, so energized, in a great mood and I'm going to be raw with you guys right now, I'm kind of like my mom has terminal cancer and I am kind of in a depression and I can't get stuff done and I can't focus. And so I really was excited about this and I really noticed a difference. So I'll update you guys later on.

Okay, let's talk about this Qualia Mind Premium Cognitive Support for focus, memory, and drive. I wasn't going to review this. Last week, I was feeling terrible all week. I truly, looking back, felt like I maybe had COVID and had some of that like cognitive, I don't know, I just felt really slow. I felt like I couldn't think clearly. So I was like, oh yeah, I bought these, I'll give them a shot. So I was taking two a day for a couple days, didn't notice anything at first, and then today I took three. And I also want to add that I've been sleeping really terribly. So normally, if I don't get enough sleep, I can't think clearly, blah, blah, blah. I just busted out a very detailed and in-depth, like gorgeous, gorgeous, let me see if I can turn around, spreadsheet, budget spreadsheet.
