Alright guys, I'm going to get real sciencey in a short amount of time. I'm going to tell you about this Qualia Sinalytics supplements. So it's only a two day supply. You take six capsules each day. I'm almost done with the second day. I love this brand. I took their Mind supplements and I absolutely love them. I did another review on that product and pinned the post so you guys can go check that out. This is Sinalytics. So basically what it does is it gets rid of old cells and makes room for new cells. That's the best way to describe it. So you only have to do it once a month. It's obviously too early to tell if it's really doing anything but I did want to let you know you do have to take six capsules at a time. So I kind of take them a little slowly in the morning with my breakfast as you can see. I've already taken one day and I'm on the second day. So I just wanted to show you the capsule. Not too big, not too small. It's not a tough pill to swallow if you will.

It's a two-day dose only and they recommend that you do it about once a month and it clears your body of senescent cells. These are essentially aging cells that permanently stop dividing but don't die. A small amount of these is normal for tumor suppression, embryonic development, any kind of development when you're younger, but as you get older they build up in your body and trigger an inflammation response that can lead to cancer, diabetes, osteoporosis, Alzheimer's, declining eyesight, like the list literally goes on. While I didn't physically feel a huge difference from the two-day dose, based on their science and what it actually does I know that it's working. It is pricey but if you're concerned about anything anti-aging and you want to kind of cleanse your body, I definitely recommend doing this.
