So I've been wanting to try the Ray brand for quite some time. This is just like a daily, all-encompassing vitamin. You're supposed to take two pills daily. So there are 60 capsules in here, so this will last you one month. The branding and just like the packaging of this is super cute. Just also not only look your best, but also feel your best from the inside out.

You're trying to figure out what is the best multivitamin and how do I know which ones are the best? I love this brand right now. I left my other bottle at home, so I've used Ray before. I use the Daily Cleanse and as you can see, it's gone. Just to note that it does have a peppermint taste, like a cooling sensation once you swallow them and I can't figure out what's in this that causes that but I like it, I don't mind it at all. And I love this multivitamin because it has ashwagandha and I think that's a great thing for us to take daily. So this is one of my favorite brands. So if you're looking for a great option, I think this is a great one.

But the weirdest thing about this that I didn't see mentioned is the capsules are like minty. So when you take them, they're like a spearmint. It smells super minty just smelling them.
