HOW DOES IT WORK?

The SmartSteam Kit is ready to use right out of the box. The kit takes about 5-10 minutes to fully setup. Distilled or purified water is then poured into the SmartSteam chamber and within 10 minutes, steam begins flowing from the chamber into the insulated tent.
Now it's time to step in your personal oasis and experience the unparalleled benefits of heat therapy.

HOW HOT DOES IT GET?

The SaunaBox can heat up internally to 115°F - 120°F with near 100% humidity which may feel subjectively hotter and can elicit greater strains on the cardiovascular system.
Why? Water has a higher heat capacity than air. When you're in a steam sauna, the air is saturated with water vapor which carries more heat energy to your body than dry air would at the same temperature.
This is why the temperature is lower in steam saunas but the humidity can make it just as intense, if not more so, than a dry sauna
