This Flawless Foot File is a stainless steel double-sided file, and then it also comes with this foot serum that goes on after you exfoliate your feet. So yes, you use this file on dry skin, actually. You guys, it took maybe one minute or less to completely take that kind of callus thing, the dry skin, off of my feet.
