So you can use it before and after and I have been noticing a difference in my skin. I have cystic acne, it's very sensitive skin and I haven't been getting bumpy or anything and I have been loving this stuff. Okay, and the second product I wanted to talk about is from Shielded Beauty. This is their Self Defense Supercharged Moisturizer. Shielded Beauty is a newer skincare brand to our amazing beauty community. And I have been loving this moisturizer so far. I do use this as my night time moisturizer because personally I feel like it is on the thicker side even though it says that it's lightweight. I would disagree. I'm very picky though about my consistency so maybe that's just me. But I have been using this now for the past few months and it has been in my skincare routine, night time routine ever since. So if you have not tried this I recommend. It has a wonderful citrusy, nutmeg, chocolatey scent to it which I love for the night time. I don't know why. This one is a thumbs up for me.

So I'm trying out the Shielded Feeding Frenzy Prebiotic Cleanser. And yes guys, you get a filter because that's the kind of night I had last night. But back to the cleanser. It's velvety soft. I love how it feels. It leaves your skin feeling so smooth and clean. I love it.

So today I'm trying out this shielded moisturizer and to be honest the smell is a little bit strong but overall it still does the job. It just kind of left a little sticky residue. I still like it.
