I cannot tell you how important it is to tone, moisturize, and then use a primer, especially if you're over 35. So I've been using this Silky Smooth. Works perfect, especially under the eyes. What it helps do is create a barrier before you put on your makeup so your makeup doesn't soak into your skin and into these crevices and your wrinkles. So true must try it today.
