This goes on, you give it a couple minutes to soak in. This allows your foundation to go on nice and smooth. As you get older, oh dear, there it was. This helps. Go ahead and prime. I cannot tell you how important it is to tone, moisturize, and then use a primer, especially if you're over 35. So I've been using this Silky Smooth. Works perfect, especially under the eyes. What it helps do is create a barrier before you put on your makeup so your makeup doesn't soak into your skin and into these crevices and your wrinkles. So true must try it today.
