This is the shade True Grit in the Smashbox Always On Liquid Lipstick. This applicator shape is aces. I've also seen this on the Pixi liquid lips, but they don't have such a broad range of colors. So smooth. One coat, no liner. It definitely applies and looks more like milk chocolate in the tube, but it is drying to a dark chocolate, which is what I was looking for.
