How to use

With all Japanese teas (Gyokuro, Sencha, Genmaicha, and Houjicha) except for Matcha, you can ingest large amounts of the beneficial constituents by brewing the same leaves 3 times. It is said that 30% to 50% of the constituents are extracted into water by brewing tea leaves 3 times.

HOJICHA LATTE Recipe:

Measure out 4 grams of Hojicha powder into a bowl. Combine it with 1oz of warm water, stirring thoroughly.
Heat 8 ounces of your preferred type of milk over medium heat. Once warmed, pour the milk into the Hojicha mixture.
