The four essential spices that you need to start your mindful cooking journey.
Highlighted Ingredients
- Sacred Valley Pink Peruvian Salt: Our Pink Peruvian salt is hand harvested from ponds on top of the Andes Mountains close to Machu Picchu making it mineral rich and of the highest caliber for any and every dish you create.
- Late Harvest Black Peppercorns: Once you've tasted the difference between regular pepper and freshly ground peppercorns pepper, you won't be able to go back. Our Late Harvest Black Peppercorns are vine ripened until red before drying giving them a ruby hue and a unique fruity spice that we grind fresh on nearly every dish.
- California Dried Garlic: In California’s fertile San Joaquin Valley, family farms have been growing garlic from heirloom seeds for generations. Much of the 25,000 acres of garlic is destined for drying. For cooks, dried garlic is less temperamental in a hot skillet than chopped raw garlic.
- California Dried Onion: Our California onions grow from heirloom seeds planted in the rich soil of the central San Joaquin Valley. Highly pungent when fresh, these onions have even more flavor and aroma when dried. They add a rich, toasty flavor to a wide variety of dishes, from soups to salad dressings.
