I recently got the Brilliant Black Oil Pulling with Activated Charcoal from Tara and Company in the mail from Flip, of course. So I decided to give it a try finally. I used to only pull with coconut oil, but I decided to give this a try. All you gotta do is just swish it around your mouth for about 5 minutes and then you brush like normal. And after that you have sparkling white teeth. And my mouth feels so clean and so refreshed. I think I will continue to keep using this one.
