The knife of all knives This one is a German hammered steel. It's beautiful. Like look at this like handle It's just beautiful and I love how huge the blade is like it just gives you such a nice large surface area Cuts through things like butter and then what I love is because it is so large I like to scoop my veggies on my knife to transfer it and this just gives it such a nice large surface area It's just a very high quality sharp Nice knife and I absolutely recommend these I think the price point on them is Fabulous for what they for how like sharp and nice they are very nice highly recommend

I thought I would show how this knife cuts on a couple other vegetables. So here I'm chopping a zucchini which is softer but it does go right through it and I had a couple comments on my last video. I'm worried about my fingers but I can tell you that I still have all my fingers and this is with carrots which was you know a tougher vegetable to chop but it still went right through and I'm still good. Maybe I'm not the best at holding a knife but I love it.

in the knife game I got the most amazing slash scary knife and it came right before lunch and I'm about to chop some vegetables so let's see how it does. Okay so this is for my salad so first I'm gonna see how it does on this tempeh. Oh my god. Wow. Okay so this is just some tempeh from Trader Joe's and it just cut right through it. That's amazing. I'm gonna slice. I like don't even have to saw it like it just kind of chops through. I don't have nice knives and this is amazing and it's so beautiful. Look at the handle. Anyway I can't wait to cook with this. I love cooking.
