So here are the B.com 15 mg hemmed patches. They come in fours, these three squares, and then you place it on your wrist. So you can apply it anywhere where it shows veins. I put mine on my wrist. So I've been wearing this for about a few hours now. It says that you can leave it on for 12, but for me personally I do not feel any different with these patches. I got them because I do have anxiety so I wanted to see if it made a difference. However, I don't feel like it has. If anything, I feel like exercising makes more of a difference when it comes to my stress and anxiety. So unfortunately I would have to give these a thumbs down.
