My toddler, who you hear playing in the background, has a gluten intolerance. So when he has too much gluten, he breaks out in an eczema-type rash all over his body. Not a fun time. So we have tried all sorts of gluten-free noodles. Today we are going to try these. They look great, right? One ingredient.
