So this is my first review ever and I'm reviewing these energy vitamin patches and I have to say these are amazing. I would rate them literally 10 out of 10 I've used them off and on for the past like two weeks and they do exactly what they say they're going to It's super easy. I have it on right now. It's just this little patch So you'll peel the patch off put it on your wrist and then in about 20 minutes You're left with this just like nice Constant energy that for me has lasted the entire day I normally get a two o'clock slump, but with these literally every time I've used them I have not had that two o'clock slump and then on days I've forgotten to use these I did have that two o'clock slump So, um, I love them. They're super easy. It's not like another drink you have to take they have super clean ingredients it's really all there's caffeine green tea and then vitamin B 3 5 & 6 Yeah, so I love these and I will totally buy them again

This hopefully is going to be a short video, I know I look like a hot mess, but the product that is down below, I used it again today. It did not, it did not do what it was supposed to. It did not give me energy, it worked the first time, but it did not this time. I'm just really low energy today after putting that patch on. Less energy than I had when I had, oh before I put the patch on. So yeah, I'm just going to say that this product is not worth your money. I would say it was worth your money a few days ago, but now that I've tried it for a second time, yeah it's not worth your money. Please don't waste your money on this. I'm sorry if I convince you to buy it or anything like that. Just please do not waste your money on this.

It comes with 15 clear patches that activates within minutes and you can wear it up to eight hours. Basically you just peel it and you can stick it. I stuck mine on my shoulder but you can stick it on your wrist, place it in relatively hair-free parts of the body, and then you enjoy it. It's vegan, gluten-free, zero sugar, and cruelty-free. I wore mine and I was able to work out, coach, and hang out with my two little ones with lots of energy.
