I know you guys have been hearing about Blue Lotus Tea, so this is the key Blue Lotus Tea and this is an honest review because I'm not here to BS with y'all. So I've been using this for about a week. I know people have been saying they've been having like lucid dreams and whatnot, but I barely dream. I've had very vivid dreams with this and it helps me go to sleep. I am a person who has to take melatonin and then when the melatonin wears off at 3 a.m. I back up and add it again, fully energized and I absolutely hate it. This is something that's all natural. I totally vouch for it and I recommend it because you drink a cup of this tea, you'll be out in like 30 minutes. Fight it all you want to. You're gonna go to sleep. Not to mention, it tastes actually really good and I get the best of dreaming. Like I actually get to dream. I'm one of those people that just doesn't dream. It is a whole flower and you should try it out.
