Let's make my family's favorite health-conscious snack together. I finally found an all-natural replacement for Rice Krispies, and I'm so excited. I'm gonna take these Rice Krisps from The Real Cereal Company, mix them together with all-natural peanut butter and a local honey. Once we mix this together, we're also gonna add a couple tablespoons of chia seeds for some added nutritional benefits, because that just makes me feel better. Gonna look something like this. Then we're gonna pop that mixture into a silicone cupcake tin, and then pop in the freezer. While this sets in the freezer, we're gonna melt together some of the Enjoy Life chocolate chips and some organic, unrefined coconut oil. Once we're done, we're gonna top our cereal mixture with the chocolate and some flaky sea salt and put back in the freezer. So good. 10 out of 10.
