What it is?

• Designed with 2 foot straps to keep the band in place and snug around your feet. 
• They are very easy to use just slide your feet into the straps and pull the band up and over your hips. Then keep your feet about 6 in from your butt and thrust upward. 
• They come in 2 different resistance levels:
• Medium resistance Red about 50 lbs
• Heavy resistance Blue/ Purple about 75 lbs  (We recommend this band if your short around 5 ft. It will give you more resistance with less stretch. )
