It's supposed to melt into a lip oil. Oh my gosh, look at the way that it's melting. This is so unique. I do not have another lip product like this. Look how glossy it is. It really does feel so nourishing like it says. I'm so glad that I bought this. Look how glossy my lips look. I tried this on top of a lip liner and I love the results of this. It's not too sticky or heavy on your lips. It really does just look like a really pretty lip oil. This is definitely one of my new favorite lip products that I own. I would definitely check this out because it is so cool.
