In the morning, as soon as I wake up, I put it on a cotton pad and I rub it all over my skin and it discharges your toxins and skin waste and improves your overall skin health with the pink salt and the sea water is rich in minerals and moisturizes your skin. You can also use this as a makeup remover, I haven't tried it, but after this I go in with my cleanser and I do the rest of my skincare routine.
