The AVR Series Line-Interactive UPS System provides ultra-compact, line-interactive protection for PCs and workstations. It maintains a 120-volt nominal output over an input range of 83 to 147 volts. Optimized for workstations, it features six battery/surge-protected outlets and six surge-only outlets, as well as single-line telephone/DSL surge suppression. The included USB port works with free unattended shutdown software. With high efficiency and low BTU ratings, it saves electricity and lowers energy costs. The UPS keeps AC power running during blackouts for file saves and safe shutdowns, protecting against blackouts, brownouts, overvoltages, surges, and line noise. Additionally, the home-friendly alarm remains silent in backup mode, sounding only when necessary.
