It does say you have to take three capsules a day and that's with or without food. I think it's great that you get that instruction because sometimes medications can upset your stomach. The capsules are pretty large, so three a day is a little bit to swallow, but I'll keep taking them and report back.

Hello all you lovely people, I'm back here with the True Brain, this is my free gift. I've tried it twice now, absolutely loving this product. If it's not your free gift, go get it. This is something everybody needs to have. It has sleep, mellow, matcha, mushrooms, medium, strong, and extra strong. Just little packets of liquid. They are vegan and dairy free and eco-friendly. They taste great, they do what they need to do. The mellow one I took the other day when my kids were bouncing off the wall, it made me feel very calm, relaxed, not sedated, just super chill. I was able to kind of roll with the punches today. I've got a lot of chores to do, so I'm going to do the boost. It's not the strongest, but it is strong, so we're going to give it a try. A few seconds left, so we're going to try it and see what it tastes like.

These things were disgusting. I could not. I hate the way they taste. It kind of tastes like expired yogurt. I don't know if they worked. Might just be a good way to get vitamins or CBD back into your system, but definitely not worth them.
