If you like a pre-workout pre-workout, these are not it. I tried them 30 minutes before workout twice as recommended on the packaging. NERP. Tried it an hour before. NERP. 15 minutes. NERP. They do make me a little bit gassy. I felt like I was burping every 10 seconds. That was annoying. A little bit uncomfortable, both physically and socially. Um, I'm sure there are like overall health benefits, but at this point in my life, it ain't worth the gas. I think I will stick with my C4.
