Okay, so today I'm gonna be trying out this brand called True Wild and this is supposed to keep you hydrated. It has electrolytes, ammo, and it recharges the body. It's non-gmo and vegan and gluten-free and one thing I love is watermelon and lemonade flavor. So it has a scooper with it. You just pour the powder in it and pour your water. When I tasted it, this tasted like lemonade. I had to have another drink because that's how good it was but this is something that definitely will keep you hydrated.

Okay, so I'm back making more of this and this definitely is a product that will keep you hydrated It's so hot today outside. So I just need to kind of like charge my body And I am going to the gym so this is something good to have It's one of my favorite drinks now.
