Hey there! So I recently picked up this awesome electrolyte drink mix called Hydration Boost by VenturePal and I gotta tell you, it's been a game changer. When it comes to staying hydrated, this is my go-to. It's super simple to prepare. Just tear open the packet, pour it into a glass of water, give it a quick stir and voila! The lemon flavor is so refreshing. It's not overpowering or artificial. I love it.

Okay, so we're gonna taste test this now. This is what the packet looks like. Um, it says to put it with 16 ounces. Oh, it smells good. I always smell things before I tried them. Um, anyways, this is a 32 ounce water bottle, but it says to do it to however much you really want. It doesn't matter for whatever kind of taste you're wanting. Gotta make sure it's mixed up. Taste test. It's good, but I do think I need to mix that more. Okay, let's see. Okay, it tastes really good, especially if you like lemon stuff. Anyways, I do recommend.

The lemon ones taste just like Sprite and each stick has five vitamins and seven electrolytes per serving. This is perfect for helping someone like me drink more water and achieve a balanced lifestyle.

So excited about this one because I'm honestly a little dehydrated and these are hydration boost little like on the go packets. I love these because there's no added sugar like a power aid and I feel like an adult because you're not drinking Pedialyte. But I'm about to go on a hike and I feel like I'm a little dehydrated so I'm gonna add this, shake it up and I should be good to go.

I do aerial silks and I sweat a lot through that. I've been buying all of these electrolyte drinks so when I saw that there was a possible opportunity to do, you know, an easy put in the water thing, I ordered these hydration boosts, the Venturepall hydration boosts. I really like artificial orange so this was my first choice. So I just emptied it into my glass. The glass is going to be a little super concentrated. Smells like oranges. Not bad, not bad. All right, you know, I would drink this. A lot of the drinks are super, super sweet. This isn't sweet. You get a little bit of that salty flavor which makes sense. You're drinking your electrolytes but I'll give it a good like 3.5 stars out of 5.

it tastes like jolly ranchers, it's so good this is my honest review of the hydration palette electrolyte mix i actually bought two pouches of these and i'm almost done with my first one just mix it in water and enjoy and you honestly don't even need a frother sometimes i just mix it by putting the mason jar lid on cheers!

If you are like me and you really struggle with drinking water, then I have the perfect yummy drink for you and I'm going to show you how to make it. So this drink is based around the Venture Pal's Hydration Boost, which is an electrolyte drink and it has no sugar in it. I love the raspberry flavor, so that is what it's going to be based around today, but it is so good. We're going to start with a cup that is like three quarters of the way full. You can also do sparkling water, which would be so good, but I don't have any of that usually on hand, so I just use regular water. Then we're going to take one of the Venture Pal's packets and pour it in. You are going to mix this up really good. Then you're just going to put in some fresh raspberries and a few ice cubes. And that is it. It is so good. It's so refreshing. It is not just plain, boring water, but it has no sugar, nothing bad in it. It's just a little fun way.
