it tastes like jolly ranchers, it's so good this is my honest review of the hydration palette electrolyte mix i actually bought two pouches of these and i'm almost done with my first one just mix it in water and enjoy and you honestly don't even need a frother sometimes i just mix it by putting the mason jar lid on cheers!

If you are like me and you really struggle with drinking water, then I have the perfect yummy drink for you and I'm going to show you how to make it. So this drink is based around the Venture Pal's Hydration Boost, which is an electrolyte drink and it has no sugar in it. I love the raspberry flavor, so that is what it's going to be based around today, but it is so good. We're going to start with a cup that is like three quarters of the way full. You can also do sparkling water, which would be so good, but I don't have any of that usually on hand, so I just use regular water. Then we're going to take one of the Venture Pal's packets and pour it in. You are going to mix this up really good. Then you're just going to put in some fresh raspberries and a few ice cubes. And that is it. It is so good. It's so refreshing. It is not just plain, boring water, but it has no sugar, nothing bad in it. It's just a little fun way.
