- Sabinene - Sabinene is a dominant constituent in carrot seed and black pepper essential oils and contributes to the pepper’s spiciness. Sabinene is demonstrated to possess anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial, antibacterial, and antifungal properties.
