It's me. I am reviewing these ashwagandha with black pepper vitamins. They were one of the free things on my flip. So I decided to give it a try because I've heard it helps with your overall health, gut support, mood, energy levels, all of that. And honestly, I've been taking it for about five days now and I haven't seen much of a difference. I'm not sure if I should take it longer or what, but I haven't really noticed much of a difference. You take two capsules 20 to 30 minutes before a meal. So I usually take mine in the morning as I'm heading to work because when I get to work, I eat something. But I mean, I don't know. I guess if you want to try it, you can. Not a huge fan.

Hey guys, I'm here with the Sleep EZ and it's an all-natural formula. It does have melatonin and valerian root. It says you sleep easier and deeper, get a full night sleep. So I tried this the other night. I do have regular problems with being able to fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up feeling well rested. I usually I have migraines so most mornings I wake up with a headache, but I tried these the other night. I felt like I slept great. I didn't wake up with a headache in the morning so that was really nice for me, but I think it worked good and I like that it has all-natural ingredients. I don't really care for melatonin because I know you're not supposed to take that a lot because it'll mess up your natural melatonin, but other than that I think it was pretty good and I'm gonna give it a try again.

Hey guys, I'm here with the Sleep Easy from the Vita Organics, however you say it. So sometimes I have trouble going to sleep and I like to take these, and you take two of them. I like to take them like 30-40 minutes before I go to bed, because usually they kick in about 30 minutes. And I like it because it's an all natural formula. It does have melatonin and that's one thing that I don't like to take all the time because the more you take, the less your body actually makes of it. So that is one thing to be well aware of, is you don't want to take too much melatonin because then your body stops making the melatonin that you need. But for being an all natural sleep aid, I think this one is pretty good. I don't feel groggy when I wake up. And I think if you need help going to sleep, you might want to try these.
