I'm going to tell you why I bought these instead of the Flatter Me vitamins from Hum. Hum is a great brand, do not get me wrong. I've heard awesome things and I still want to try some of their products. But when it came between this and their Flatter Me, I had to go with this because Flatter Me has rice bran in it and I'm allergic to rice. Rice causes awful cystic acne and I didn't want to take that chance. Even if it's just a minuscule little bit, rice does not agree with my body at all. This only has four ingredients that I can clearly read and if I ever decide to be a farmer and grow it in my backyard, I can make these myself. It literally only has organic ginger, organic peppermint, organic sweet fennel, vegan capsule seeds, and nothing else.

I've mentioned it before, I'm a bodybuilder, I used to be a personal trainer, I don't typically show off my physique, but I felt like this was the only way to get your guys' attention about stuff like this. This stuff is great for digestion. I know why the majority of you guys are buying stuff like this, or like the Hum Flatter Me, and it's because you're self-conscious of that lower tummy pooch.
