I love this three compartment tray from Wilmax. The bamboo is both durable and aesthetic. Perfect for a light lunch with an entree and some fruit and nuts and you don't have to worry about your food sliding together and touching each other. So this was a steal.

lemon fruit dip that comes together in like 30 seconds. I used a half a tub of Cool Whip and about two tablespoons of lemon curd that I got at Trader Joe's and that is it. You fold those two things together. I put some lemon zest on top just to make it pretty. I'm serving it on this adorable bamboo divided section platter. I'm putting strawberries and blueberries and these lemon cookie thins and I will be serving this dip all summer long. Look how pretty!
