Baofeng BF-888S walkie-talkie can receive a frequency of UHF 400~470MHz and support 16 channels to meet the needs of different usage scenarios. The talk range can reach about 8km (the city is about 1-3km. suburbs about 2-5km, mountains about 2-5km and plain about 4-8km.).
Under the “VOX” function, transmission is activated automatically by detecting the voice and when speaking is finished, the transmission will automatically terminate and the transceiver will automatically receive a signal rather than push the “PPT” button on the transceiver for transmission. And it includes CTCSS and DCS modes to keep the content safeguarded. Additionally. it considerately comes with alarm function and bright LED flashlight with stand-on mode and SOS strobe mode for emergencies.
