So I saw these new snacks and I definitely wanted to try these. They're the Yes Bar and I got them in the flavor Apple Cinnamon Crisp. So one of the good things about these is they have 5 grams of plant protein and 3 grams of dietary fiber. So one thing about me is I'm gonna get my snacks in. So this is what it looks like. It has a whole bunch of nuts in it like almonds and walnuts which is really good for you. And it's also vegan and grain free. And actually this tastes really good. I'm gonna have to get me some more of these because these are gonna be great little snacks to take with me before I go to the gym. Y'all should definitely try these out.

So I just got these apple cinnamon crisp bars from yes, and I'm gonna be trying them out I just want to note there's not a single ingredient in here that I don't know what it is. It's all Very known ingredients and most of them are organic and it looks very healthy It has five grams of plant protein and three grams of fiber All right, let's go ahead and try it out Hmm It's very moist But sweet and super good. It doesn't taste like something that you would consider like a healthier like a protein bar or anything It's super good Overall, I would give these a 10 out of 10. I would definitely buy these again

I am so sorry for all y'all parents that are dealing with tweens and teenagers that are eating y'all out of a house at home. They gone, gone, box empty, gone. Needless to say, the apple cinnamon crisp are kid tested, mother approved. The one that I did have was delicious. Um, I thought I was going to have a whole bunch more after I got done working out this week, but no, all natural ingredients. I definitely, I will be getting some more and this time I'm keeping them in the trunk of my car because ain't no kids going to be getting the next batch.

Hello, I'm Riley Johnson and I'm here to try the Yes Bar. I'm a certified picky eater, so I always have my doubts that I will like anything new that I try. So with the first bite of this, I was actually quite confused because I don't know what I thought this would taste like, but it wasn't what it did taste like. It kind of tastes like oats, and if you like granola and stuff like that, I feel like you'd like this. But anyways, you can see me kind of considering, kind of like, well, I don't hate it, so I'll take a second bite, trying to figure out if it's any good. I didn't get any chocolate in my first two bites, but I did decide that I liked it, so there we go. Yep, stamp of approval from the picky eater. And this is just proof that I continued to eat it afterwards. I was confused about what the green things in it were. I think they're macadamia nuts, but anyways, this is just proof that I continued to eat it and I liked it enough to keep eating it. So yeah, I finished it. And then, of course, I recruited my napkin to help me, and she said there were not enough leftovers.

Actually like this packaging. I really like Clif Bars, so I'm feeling this might be similar to it, but let's see. Okay, so this is the size. I feel like it's actually pretty good. If you had no snacks for the rest of the day, you definitely wanna get your protein in and need a quick bite. Definitely going to fill you up. I would put it in line with Clif Bars. I think it's pretty good. This is the peanut butter dark chocolate. If you're looking for a good protein bar, I recommend.
