About the Olive Oil
- Brightland's bold and robust olive oils are grown on small family farms in California’s Central Coast and Valley. Our olives are cold-pressed by a master miller within 90 minutes of harvest for freshness and flavor.
About the Vinegar
- RAPTURE is a raw Balsamic vinegar that is double fermented with California zinfandel grapes and ripe Triple Crown blackberries. PARASOL is a raw Champagne vinegar double fermented with Navel and Valencia oranges. Both vinegars are lovingly crafted on a small, family-run farm in California’s Central Coast.
About the Honey
- California Orange blossom honey is a radiantly golden honey from single estate orange groves in the Central Valley, sourced from a small, US family-owned apiary run by a women-led team. Our 3rd and 4th generation beekeepers are passionate about maintaining the health of their hives. Kauai Wildflower Honey is our deeply hued amber honey sourced in Hawaii. Made from wild Hawaiian botanicals including hibiscus, eucalyptus, coffee trees, papaya trees, passion flowers, and guava flowers. Our 3rd and 4th generation beekeepers are passionate about maintaining the health of their hives.

Olive Oil Harvest Date
Each olive oil is packaged in a 375 mL / 12.7 fl oz fully-recyclable glass bottle.
- Each recyclable glass jar contains 9 oz of honey.
The Spout- 1 1/2" wide and 4.5" long.
Mini Whisk- 5" long. Dishwasher safe, but gentle hand wash recommended.
