So this is my first maybe buy on flip The only caveat is using it as chef. I like my burners hot the bare minimum that we like to operate with his 10,000 BTUs and this one is a little less than that.
I love the aesthetics of it, it does heat up and when it’s hot, you’re able to really get a nice Char on things but realistically, I personally would go for something that has more power so that you can get a nice hard crisp and wait less time.
Would I get it for someone who’s casually using it for hot pot or anything else? Absolutely would I recommend it for a fellow Chef definitely not so it’s really more so about your usage, but the portability is great and the product really seems to be great quality. ClipsFood & Drink
