2.2kWhen we want to make our cities a better place to live, it’s important we start with humbly observing where people in the community may struggle. What’s one of the best ways to do that? Take a walk. Walk where most people don’t, but some people have to. Start thinking: what’s the smallest next thing to make this place better, right now? And then keep repeating those steps:
#1. Humbly observe where people in the community struggle.
#2. Ask the question: What is the next smallest thing we can do right now to address that struggle?
#3. Do that thing. Do it right now.
#4. Repeat.
