295this past spring, we drove our van across the country (from the east coast to the southwest). This was our 3rd cross country trip. Long story short, our van stopped working due to an emissions error, and we had to camp in the desert for three weeks.
A relative of ours reached out to us who lived in Arizona, so we drove our enduro bike from Phoenix to the California border to stay with them for a bit. Needless to say, it was the most challenging time of our lives, and the most beautiful. I fell in love with the desert immediately- i was longing to visit for so long. This is one of my favorite memories of a bar we found in the middle of nowhere, only accessible by dirt bike or off-roading.
