Ingredients:
2/3 cup coconut aminos or soy sauce
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup hot honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
Big shake of red pepper flakes
1 lb ground beef
4 tbsp ground ginger
Cauliflower florets
Quinoa/brown rice
1 avocado
Sriracha
Seasonings: onion powder, salt, pepper, olive oil
Instructions:
1. In a jar, combine coconut aminos, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and red pepper flakes and shake well
2. In a pan brown ground beef and then add in ginger, then add in sauce, bring to boil, then simmer for at least 5 minutes
3. Season cauliflower with above seasonings and bake at 425Β° until crispy
4. Prepare quinoa as directed
5. Assemble and top with avocado, sriracha, and red pepper flakes
6. Enjoy healthy girl dinner π
