FULL RECIPE β¬οΈβ¬οΈ
INGREDIENTS:
-1 lb. ground beef
-1/4 cup onion
-1/4 cup dill pickles
-1 tsp dijon mustard
-1/3 cup ketchup
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tbsp brown sugar
-salt and pepper to taste
-4 sesame seed hamburger buns
-1 cup lettuce (shredded)
-8 slices cheddar cheese
-1/4 cup sliced dill pickles
BIG MAC SAUCE:
-1/2 cup mayonnaise
-2 tbsp pickles, finely diced
-1 tbsp onion, finely diced
-1 tbsp ketchup
-1 tsp dill pickle juice
DIRECTIONS:
1.) In a skillet brown ground beef, then add onions and pickles and cook until tender.
2.) Add mustard, ketchup, garlic powder, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Cover and bring to a simmer.
3.) Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust seasoning to taste. Make the Mac Sauce during this time.
4.) Serve on buns with mac sauce, then cheese, meat, lettuce, pickles, cheese. Top with Mac sauce and bun. Enjoy!ClipsFood & Drink
