I feel like I'm literally always on the run and Neurogum Energy Focus has saved me because when I don't have time for a coffee, I don't have time for something else. I just grab a pack of gum, run it to my car, and I take a piece on the way there. Each piece has 40 milligrams of caffeine in it. I got the cinnamon flavor. I like it. It's a little powdery of a gum, which I don't love, but it tastes great. It's super strong and it gives me the energy that I need. So it comes in a pack of nine. I chew it for a little bit and then I can spit it out. I feel like I have so much more energy.

I'm gonna give you my honest and open review, okay? So, the supplement size is 2. It's sugar free, gluten free, vegan, and aspartame free. So, it's pure natural. It's kind of spicy in my throat. It's a pleasant taste, wears off really quick. When you bite into it, just like a powdery substance that you feel in your mouth, it's kind of powdery and really strong. And then you get that burst of cinnamon. And you can kind of taste that natural caffeine in it, for those of you who know what that tastes like. It's kind of hard to explain, but it's that.
