I feel like I'm literally always on the run and Neurogum Energy Focus has saved me because when I don't have time for a coffee, I don't have time for something else. I just grab a pack of gum, run it to my car, and I take a piece on the way there. Each piece has 40 milligrams of caffeine in it. I got the cinnamon flavor. I like it. It's a little powdery of a gum, which I don't love, but it tastes great. It's super strong and it gives me the energy that I need. So it comes in a pack of nine. I chew it for a little bit and then I can spit it out. I feel like I have so much more energy.

So honestly, I'll keep trying these but I really like them. They're very minty Pretty much just tastes like a normal mint, but it has all these benefits. So yeah, I would definitely check them out
