The Pacifica Highest Lash Chronic Volume Mascara is the final mascara in Hannah's review series, and she is absolutely loving it. She can't help but appreciate the cute packaging that Pacifica always delivers. The mascara comes with a unique twisty shape brush, which Hannah found easy to apply with. Like the other Pacifica mascaras she tried, this one also didn't clump and provided great hold and curl. Hannah is impressed with the results, especially after applying a second coat. Overall, the Pacifica Highest Lash Chronic Volume Mascara seems to be a winner, delivering on its promises of volume and long-lasting curl.
