So this is Palladio Lip Gloss in Passion Pink. According to Mimi's video review, the lip gloss is said to be moisturizing, although not necessarily hydrating. Mimi mentioned that the first layer may not feel very moisturizing, but as more layers are applied, it becomes more moisturizing. The lip gloss goes on smoothly and applies nicely. However, Mimi personally did not like the metallic-looking color of the lip gloss. Overall, Mimi's assessment of the product is that it is okay, but she is not a fan of the color. Despite not being hydrating, the lip gloss does provide some moisturization.
