Amber recently reviewed I DEW CARE's Glow Key Brightening Vitamin C Eye Cream and was impressed with the product. The eye cream comes in a visually appealing package and has a shimmery, thick formula. Amber found that a little bit of the product goes a long way and the applicator gives a cooling effect. After using the eye cream, Amber noticed a subtle brightening effect almost immediately and found that it made their under eye concealer go on more seamlessly. Amber was very impressed with the product and would definitely recommend it.
