Tired of your specialty coffee going stale before you use it all? Want to make your brew routine more efficient and simple? Know all about single dosing, but value a truly unique design aesthetic? All of the above? Great - us too. Introducing Proper By Design's Coffee Bean Capsules, what we believe to be the best single dosing solution available. For the uninitiated, "single dosing" is exactly how it sounds - instead of weighing your beans every time you brew (and exposing your beans to air and sunlight each time you do), you weigh out all your doses at one time. The batching process seems weird at first, but if you're anything like us at Proper, once you give it a try, you won't be able to prepare your coffee any other way. Once we discovered single dosing for ourselves, we were a bit dismayed by the options out there. The best options were wildly expensive, and everything else just wasn't... proper. So we set out to make our own - and we are quite please by the result. Enough to make a limited run of units to offer to others.
