Focus on your triceps, shoulders and core muscles on the upper handles with dips, leg raises, support holds and more! For taller athletes, the stand has 8 height levels that adjust from 39” to 51” in 1.5” increments. The lower handles offer support during push-ups or low-level dips and support holds. All handles are covered with a non-slip foam padding for a more comfortable, secure grip. The anti-slip foot pads keep the dip station in place during movement heavy exercises while also protecting your floor from scratches.
