What it is?

Tuff Grip is a high-performance non-skid paint coating specifically designed to provide an aggressive and highly textured anti-slip finish on a variety of surface types including metal, concrete, previously painted concrete, and wood. Tuff Grip non-skid urethane paint coating can withstand all weather conditions, Tuff Grip is ideal for use on loading ramps, walkways, warehouse floors, machine-operating areas, factory floors, truck bed liners, galvanized steel, equipment beds, and other surfaces where high-traction non-skid paint coating is needed. Ideal for virtually any indoor or outdoor area.

Key Benefits

SlipDoctors Tuff Grip is a high-performance anti-slip urethane coating that is designed for areas or equipment that require high traction anti-slip protection.
It is a textured anti-slip industrial paint finish for metal substrates as well as a general floor coating.
Ideal for use in industrial and heavy-traffic areas. Uses include loading ramps, rooftop walkways, warehouse floors, and more.
For even greater performance, try SlipDoctors Tuff Grip Extreme Kit that includes a Crosslinker that gives Tuff Grip increased UV protection, greater chemical resistance, faster cure time and increased corrosion resistance.
Once Tuff Grip Extreme Kit is applied, the product will dry to a hard, durable surface within 4-6 hours. One 9 inch textured roller included with each gallon.

Note: Due to DOT regulations, this product can only ship via ground transportation

How to use

Notes:

Read product label and Technical Data Sheet thoroughly before application to review safety precautions, surface preparation, and full application instructions.
Videos are available to illustrate basic application instructions.
Always wear the recommended safety equipment and follow safety precautions.
Slight color variations are possible between different lot numbers. We recommend mixing paint from different lot numbers together to achieve consistent color results.

Surface Preparation:

Surface preparation varies by surface. Please review the TDS for detailed information.
Test product in an inconspicuous area before full application to determine dry time and back rolling texture.
Surface, air, and product temperature must be 40 F (4 C) and at least 5 F (-15 C) above dew point.
All substrates must be clean, dry, and free of dust, dirt, oil, grease, soil, soap residue, wax, flaking paint, and other soluble contaminants.

Application: Tuff Grip:

Stir or use hand drill mixer to thoroughly mix before applying. Mix occasionally during application.
Two light coats are recommended rather than one thick coat.
Apply by rolling using the included roller.
Allow the first coat to dry for approximately 15 minutes. Then, back roll with light even pressure to create high-traction peaks.
Recoat following the same procedure.
If applying two coats, a new roller may be needed for the second coat

Clean Up & Maintenance:

Clean Up: Clean spills, splatters, tools, and equipment promptly with mineral spirits or paint thinner.
Use a pH-neutral degreaser and deck brush or power wash to clean using low to medium pressure.
Wait at least 7 days after application to power wash.
